We ship daily, with an exception for Sundays and Federal Holidays. Orders placed before 2PM will get shipped same day,excluding Saturdays and barring any unforeseen circumstances. Saturday shipping deadline is Noon, EST. If the post office is not open, we cannot ship. Once pickup through the post office has occurred, you will be emailed a tracking number. The USPS is responsible for updating your tracking information. Once pickup has occurred, we cannot be held responsible for shipping times. If you feel that your package may be lost, you should open an inquiry with USPS by calling them at (800)275-8777.
Privacy & Security
Your information will never be sold or shared. Woo Vapes has a valid SSL which is a security layer. A SSL provides an encrypted link between your browser and our server. While we cannot guarantee that our site will not be "hacked" or targeted with malicious intent, we provide every effort to deter such events. Returns & Replacements
Returns on defective hardware must be handled within 7 days of receiving the order. We will not accept returns on products that have been: damaged, abused, broken, repaired by unauthorized people or methods, , modification, neglect, or misuse. Additionally, we will not accept returns on E-Liquids, Coils, Tanks or RDAs or other products that are considered consumable such as cotton and wire. Products that are functional, out of warranty (7 days), or damaged by any of the previously mentioned methods, and products that we did not sell will be returned with no exchange. Returns and Exchanges will only be issued if there is a defect in the product. We do not issue refunds.

Payments- We accept all major credit cards both in store and online. Our stores accept cash for Pick Up orders placed online, but no checks, money orders, or CODs.
Pricing- We strive to maintain fair and competitive pricing. Our pricing is subject to change without notice. Price changes may reflect industry fluctuations or limited stock items. Sales and specials will only be available during the time frame specified. No rainchecks or future discounts will be given for out of stock sale items. Prices indicated on the product pages do not reflect sales tax or shipping prices. These prices may be viewed in the Shopping Cart during your order completion process.
Promotions and Contests- If you would like to receive notifications when we give away discount codes, sales, contests and announcements sign up for our newsletters. If you enter a contest or give away by Woo Vapes, you will be notified via email and social media. To claim your prize, follow instructions emailed to you. Some information may be shared in the case of winning a contest such as your photo and name.
To view your past orders, log in to the site and go to My Orders under the Account tab. Click on either View Order or Reorder.
Updating Account Information
Updating your account information is easy! To log in to your account, simply click the Log In button on the top menu bar of our website. You will be prompted to enter your user name and password. Once in the Customer Dashboard, you will see a few different blocks of data such as Contact Information, Newsletters, Address Book and Default Shipping Address. Clicking on the Edit button will allow you to update your information. We use your contact information to ship, send updates, and contact you in the case of stock variations. In order to get timely response to your requests, please keep your contact information up to date.
